Click “Apply Online”
Apply Online
  1. “Name of the Applicant” : Type your name
  2. “Date of Birth” : Enter your Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) or select the Date of Birth
  3. “Address for Communication” : Type your complete Communication Address
  4. “E-mail ID” : Type your email address
  5. “Mobile No.” : Type your mobile number
  6. “Course(s) Applied for” : Select the course for which Training is required
  7. “Centre(s) Preferred” : Select the centre for which Course is required
  8. “Educational Qualification” : Type your Educational Qualification, (Please don't use any special character e.g @,#,$)
  9. “I wish to participate because (Details)” : Type your wish to participate because (Details) (Please don't use any special character e.g @,#,$, insert only character)
  10. “Upload Photograph” : Upload your Passport size photograph in JPG format(maximum 128KB size).
  11. Click “Submit”.
  12. Click “here.” and print.
